Out of Stock Items

Occasionally due to high demand we run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will either inform you by Mail or we will contact you by Phone.
Full refund will be processed only if item is not available.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

The outfit ordered online by our customers is individually made in accordance with their choices, so we expect our customers to support our NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY.
Adityan design will not be able to refund or exchange any online sales at www.adityandesign.com under any circumstances.
If the ordered outfit has been shipped from our office and has been delayed by the reasons other than our control directly for eg., held at the customs, natural disasters or transport strikes etc., the customer has to accept the order.
Our shipping agent will attempt delivery twice to the address specified by the customer. Due to any reasons if customer is unable to accept the parcel then the responsibility is on the customer to collect the parcel from shipping agent. In further delay if the parcel is destroyed by the shipping agent, we will not be held responsible.

Color Disclaimer

While Adityan design shall make all endeavours to ensure accuracy of order of the product, however; there may occur variations in color of the actual product as compared to that shown on the website, this is mostly due to nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dyeing and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitor screens.

A customer while placing the order should consider this minor variation in color as seen on the website as against the actual color of the product received.

The Customer may take note of the following

Colors such red, maroon and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. There may be certain variations between the product of such colors as seen on website and actual product.

The colors green and blue at times may overlap. Similar is the case with off-white, white and cream colors.

Rama/Sea Green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around. All outfits are dry wash only. No color / zari guarantee for all the apparels. Products, which are embellished with sequins, beads may have a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care.

Jewellery

We do not provide any warranty or guarantee for the jewellery products. It all depends on how you use and preserve the products for longer durability. For longer durability, it is advised not to expose jewellery products to water, detergent, perfumes, soaps and keep them in air tight polythene cover after using the product.  

Most of the Imitation Jewellery displayed in the site are suited for the purpose it is meant to be. If maintained properly as per instructions supplied along with the product, the Jewellery can be used for a very long time. Some may intend to use our jewellery occasionally during parties, some may use it daily and some may never use it or others may need it only for one function. We do not provide Jewellery on rent and since we only sell it, its not possible for us to exchange the used product.

Order Fulfilment Policy

Once you place an order, allow a few business days for us to process the order (because of pending credit card). If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email or phone. When your order is ready, it is shipped immediately. Please allow 4-7 working days for deliveries. We will not be held responsible if the order is delayed due to unforeseen natural calamities and reasons out of our control.
If www.adityandesign.com is, at their own discretion, willing to take a return or exchange, then the products have to be delivered to our Office within 7 working days from the date of receiving return authorisation. Customer is solely responsible for the product till it is delivered (with signature proof) at our office.
